Shipping Information:

Most of our products are handmade at the time of order. We have a wide range of products that take anywhere from 48 hours to up to 8 weeks for shipment. Returns: Each return MUST have a RMA number, the "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Please write down the RMA number outside of the box when you return your merchandise. 15% Return Fees Apply. Customer is liable for return shipping of all products. Plus Insurance fees associated with shipping cost.

Exchanges:Each exchange must have a Return Authorization Number issued by us. Once the item has been received at the warehouse the exchange item will be sent out. Do Not send items to the address on the box with out a RA#. Special instructions for returning the package will be emailed to you with the RA#. Tracking Information: All tracking numbers will be emailed when the item(s) ship from the warehouse. Most of our items are specialty items. Some may take up to 8 weeks for shipment. If you have any questions or tracking inquiries please send them to: tracking@westernbedding.com




Notification of Delivery: The shipping company who is obligated to fulfill delivery of your order will contact you prior to delivery, so as to establish an approximate time window for you to receive your delivery. NOTE: We employ third party shipping companies and are not responsible for consummating delivery. We will assist in tracking your order as set forth above and help you with any manufacturer or delivery related claims.



Furniture is Curbside Delivery Only Unless The In Home Delivery Option Is Choosen At Checkout.


If In Home Delivery Option Is Not Choosen:. This means the furniture will be delivered to the curb by the delivery company. The furniture will not be delivered to the door. The customer needs to make arrangements for moving the furniture from the curb to the door.



Recieving Furniture: The selected freight company will contact you to set up a delivery time. If no one is at home when delivery is attempted, you will incur a minimum re-delivery charge of $95.00 per order(Only on Furniture)- So be sure to have someone there to help in receiving your delivery (We do not provide Liftgates. Liftgate fees are $75.00. If you wish to have a liftgate, you will be responsible for this fee) during the time window the delivery service has given you. If your home is not accessible to the delivery truck, it will be your responsibility to provide a means of transportation from the truck to your home.



Remote Delivery Surcharge: You may incur a remote delivery surcharge if your ship-to address falls outside of the geographical area normally served by our carriers. Call us for details.

When Your Delivery Arrives: When your order arrives, be prepared to open the cartons and inspect your furniture. Any damage must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. NOTE: It is your responsibility to note on your signed delivery copy any damage or defects with your furniture at the time of delivery. Timberline Group LLC is not liable for shipping damages. You must file with the freight carrier at time of delivery. You may also call us for assistance. In the Event of Damage or Defects: In the event of damage or a defect in an item, the shipping company may be able to correct a minor problem on the spot. If not, the shipper will return the item to the nearest distribution center to professionally correct the problem. If damage is not noted at time of delivery you may face significant delays and additional expense to correct the damage. By inspecting your order and noting any damage at the time of delivery the problem will be corrected at no additional expense to you.You must have the delivery driver sign off on damage if you except delivery.

Cancellations and Return Policy: 15% Cancellation & Return Fee On All Bedding Products. Except Furniture 20% Cancellation & Return Fee On Furniture.


Return Fees Customer will pay all return shipping fees. Not charged if customer replaces with another product of equal value.


Return Fees without approval Return Authorization Numbers Will be charged 30%.


Cancellation of Furniture Order After Recieved Customer satisfaction is our top priority. To achieve this goal, we are happy to offer a full refund on all products returned within 30 days of the date the item was shipped. However, returned items must be new and in unworn condition (we can not accept returns on items that have been stained, finished or altered in any way). All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund. (Excluding shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.). The Free Shipping Timberline Group LLC offers is a hard cost the company has paid for, and will not be refunded upon return of products.

Shipping Damages: What should I do if my product arrives damaged due to shipping? Should any problems arise from your product order from damage due to shipping or missing parts or pieces occur, we at Timberline Group LLC are going to correct the situation. Please email us or call us at 1-800-405-5516 and explain the situation. Make sure you leave some contact information so we can get a hold of you. As soon as we here what part is missing or damaged we'll have the replacement part shipped out as quickly as possible.



No orders are shipped "on approval". Any errors in pricing or mistakes in arithmetic on your order are subject to correction. You are responsible for checking your order confirmation for accuracy. We are not responsible for order errors of any kind if you fail to notify us with specific order errors within 72 hours of receipt of your order confirmation. Please be sure all the items needed for a complete and successful delivery are listed on your confirmation.



Cancellation of an order: Will be charged a 15% on all products except furniture (20%)cancellation fee on furniture. If order has shipped the cancellation fees apply.

All returns must be received within 10 days of customer recieving product. A 15% Re-Stocking charge will be placed on all returns. (Furniture 20%) Wildlife Mounts 25%. No exceptions: Shipping costs incurred will be the customers responsibility.
